FAQS

Australia Post can ship your skincare to your:
• Home address
• Work address
• Post office box
• Locker, a direct pick-up at a post office (parcel collect delivery)

Australia Post will attempt to deliver your new skincare to your nominated address. If you are not home, the delivery will be taken to your closest Australia Post for your collection. If this happens, the postie will leave behind a collection card for you to pick-up your parcel with.
Your parcel will be available for you to collect up to 5 days post it’s attempted delivery. If the parcel remains uncollected, your skincare order will be returned to GSD Skincare, where we will then contact you and additional postal charges may be payable to resend your order out.

Please always check your shipping & contact details in your order confirmation email to ensure they are correct and nothing needs to be amended.
If there is an error in your shipping or contact information and you would like to amend it, please contact us hello@gsdskincare.com.au straight away, as we do dispatch orders daily.
If your order has already been dispatched, any additional shipping charges or return to sender costs due to incorrect delivery information will be payable.

If you’re awaiting the arrival of your new skincare and want to know how far away it is, please check your order by using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email on the Australia Post Tracking Service site. Alternatively, you can log in to your Must-Have Skincare account to view your delivery status if you don’t have your tracking number. Although rare, deliveries can be delayed, if you’re order delivery timeframe is genuinely overdue please contact us so we can find the best solution. 
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. Please allow additional delivery time if your order is on or around a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.

If any of the products you have ordered are sold out, your order will be held until all products are available to be delivered. Your confirmation email will show a delayed date of dispatch on it if this is the case.
